Lovely hotel, clean and cosy rooms. The spa was also very good. Besides the hotel part there are also small houses that are in the forest. Friendly staff and high level service. The breakfast was rich and everything was delicious. Definitely recommend and will come back again.

Absolutely amazing experience. The staff was always very welcoming, the rooms were indeed exeptional, coming from a designer, always clean and very comfortable. The breakfast we had was comparable to the one in Saint Moritz. Would absolutely recommend.

Their standard rooms are pretty average. If you upgrade to the more executive rooms (for a very reasonable price) they are amazing. Can’t fault them at all.

Just spent 4 nights at the moura hotel on a skiing trip. Great location, clean tidy rooms visited daily by the maids, amazing breakfast and a fantastic spa to recover from the slopes. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly visit again.

Very cosy reception area and spacious room. Our room had a balcony with a lovely snowy view. The spa was exceptional, definitely the highlight of our stay- gorgeous outdoor hot tubs, steam room, 2 saunas and cold plunge. Staff were very friendly and helpful at reception, the bar and spa. Breakfast was also amazing, there was a great selection of food and drinks. Hotel location was good too, about a 5 minute uphill walk to gondola and main strip, and about 10 mins from hotel to slopes.

Overall I would definitely recommend! The spa is very nice and relaxing and the breakfast is excellent. The beds could be more comfortable, the staff however is very helpful and accomodated all our needs

Nice renovated rooms with a balcony. Went to the outdoor spa everyday which was amazing after a day of skiing. Very good breakfast spread and the staff were helpful and friendly would definitely recommend. Don’t let the bad put you off as this place is great value for money!

Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From delicious breakfast options to cozy deluxe rooms and a beautiful and unique spa zone . Everything exceeded my expectations, especially the kindness of the receptionists and the owner as well. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is located very close to the gondola. It has free parking, a hearty breakfast with lots of choices and an excellent outdoor spa which we loved. Vassilis at the front desk was very helpful and offered to upgrade our room at no extra cost. Our room was very large, with great decor, coffee maker, fridge and good bathroom. We would choose it again for our ski weekends.

My second time here and again everything was perfect. The staff is very friendly, rooms are very comfortable and clean, the breakfast is excelent, and the spa is perfect. The hot tubs are something special.

Отель достойный всех возможных похвал. Номер просторный и отлично наполнен множеством полезных мелочей. Завтрак вкусный и разнообразный. Работает спа под открытым небом. Наше короткое пребывание в отеле было как праздник. Однозначно рекомендую!

the room is big, renovated and have everything you need for you main confort – water and coffee for free, slippers, coats for pool and also for room – it also have air conditioning and a balcony – parking is in front of the hotel – spa is included and has a jacuzzi, a sauna and a pool with hot water – you can also have a full body massage at a good price, only 20 euros – you can play pool or table tennis – the lobby is very nice decorated with a fireplace and confortable sofas – the breakfast was very good with almost everyting you can imagine to eat in the morning – large sortiments of cheese, eggs, fruits, ham, sousages, vegetables, jam, milk, yougurt, coffe… – the staff was kind and helpfull providing us all the informations we need in english We will certainly plan to come back in the winter for skiing because the hotel is close to the gondola lift – 150 m

We had a really good experience with the staff and check-in. We were there for only a night, and had only breakfast included in the price, but because we were planning to hike Musala and we had to get out early, we couldn’t go to breakfast. After we shared this with the staff, they prepared some breakfast packages waiting for us at 5 am. Also, I’m specific with beds when I travel, and honestly,y here they were really comfortable here.

Понравилось все: расположение в хвойном лесу, номер просторный и чистый, персонал доброжелательный, завтрак – просто сказка!, приятно было посетить сауну.

Всичко беше перфектно! Стаите и самият хотел със страхотно декорирани. Леглата са много големи и удобни. Гледката от стаята е съвършена. За храната нямаме просто думи, използват се само качествени продукти а също и продукти от местни производители. Готвачът се справя страхотно. Почувствахме се като специални гости. Страхотна е спа зоната. Идваме за втори път но с удоволствие ще посетим още много пъти .

Villas Mura is a great place to stay. Rooms are clean and are being cleaned every day. The spa, hot water pool and breakfast were great. Would recommend!

Стаите бяха чисти, бяхме посрещнати топло и всички от персонала бяха много любезни и мили. Стаите бяха просторни и с уникален декор. Закуската беше много вкусна. Разположението на хотела е много добро – близо до лифта и ресторанти. Определено пак бихме го посетили.
